To add your property to Immogo, the easiest way is to write a description in a text document on your computer and place it in a folder with a good selection of photos. This way, you can fill in the form in one go, and even if you run into any glitches, nothing will be lost.

The elements of your ad
For the best possible presentation of your property, potential buyers will need a clear and detailed description, including at least the following elements:
1. title (headline – a short and clear description of your property)
2. introduction (main features of your offer and distances from stores, other villages and towns, as well as freeways, stations and airports).
3. information by floor: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, kitchen, etc.. This is like a virtual visit. Be careful not to go into too much detail. We don’t need surface down to the last square inch. In addition, details like the beautiful ceilings and tiled floors are shown in the images.
4. grounds (garden, orchard, swimming pool, outbuildings, garage, etc.)
5. technical features (heating, insulation, electric gates, sewerage)
As people base their search on geographical criteria (“manor near Blois”), it’s important to list the surrounding towns and cities, as well as using other important keywords to qualify your property.
Of course, upload nice, clear photos that show off your home. Start with an overview of your property.
Then, as many photos as you like of the exterior, interior, garden, landscape, etc. But only of things in and around the house. A nice view from the bottom of the garden is okay, but not the waterfalls 3 km away. Normally, 10 to 25 images is enough, you can always send more upon request. Try to keep the size below 2Mb so as not to make the site too slow.
