1. Immogo helps sellers showcase their properties by publishing their offers on individual listing pages.
2. The advertiser affirms that he is the owner of the property or that he has explicit authorization to advertise the property mentioned.
3. By using the website, placing an ad and making payments, advertisers indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Immogo reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice.
4. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements. Immogo declines all responsibility for the content of advertisements.
6. Immogo is not responsible for unauthorized use.
7. Immogo may remove advertisements at any time if they are contrary to law, moral principles or Immogo policy.
8. Withdrawal of an advertisement, whether by Immogo or by the advertiser, does not entitle the advertiser to a refund.
